Its an okay place, would improve if they had windows that kept the noise out. It's located next to a very heavy used avenue. Also there is no a/c. Improvement is needed but an okay place in general. Recommend to stay for SHORT stays not long stays. If they have a lot of guest the parking is an issue and they either wake you up in the middle of the night to move your car or you have to leave them the car keys the night. (Just FYI for guest planning to stay there)

Ofrecen cocina en el apartamento, pero no la tienen equipada. La calidad del servicio por parte del personal no fue cálido. La ubicación es central, pero no recomendable para salir a caminar. El baño principal tenía gotera, la cual no pudieron arreglar.

Terrible, horrible, no good, very bad review

TLDR: TERRIBLE They confirmed my booking online, and when I arrived they told me they could not accommodate me. They told me that they had nicer rooms that I could get if I paid even more than the agreed upon amount. I did not want to pay extra, so I agreed to let them send me to another hotel for the same price. They got me an uber that dropped me off nowhere near the intended hotel. This other hotel tried to charge me way more than the agreed upon price. I was able to get the price I wanted, but the room had only 1 bed instead of 4 like I had reserved. Also it is much further away from my desired location. Also the elevator doesn’t work, so I had to use the stairs for my belongings. This hotel has been a scam, and I do not recommend it. Avoid!

Incoherencia entre lo pagado y lo entregado

Primero alquile una habitación familiar y me dieron un apartamento con una sola habitación habilitada ... la otra con llave ... y cocina sin implementos de ningún tipo ... después reclame y me dieron la que pague realmente pero sin ningún tipo de vista a la ciudad ... ni balcón ni nada ... la más recóndita del hotel ...

Es un apartahotel cómodo, sus instalaciones son nuevas y queda cerca a una estación del metro. No tiene agua caliente y la dotación de la cocina es muy básica. No tiene cafetera. La atención de los empleados es muy buena. Lo recomiendo.

el lugar es nuevo y tiene todas las comodidades muy limpio, sin embargo no tiene wifi, tiene uno que ir al loby o afuera del apartamento si agarra en las escaleras es incomodo y lo decepcionante es que no cuenta con agua caliente., la vista esta espectacular.
