The rooms were always cleaned and we were always given clean towels which I highly appreciate. The location is PRIME with multiple restaurants and cafes in the area. The staff was very helpful with requests and even tours. The Pergamino located in the lobby is an amazing add on!!!

So the hotel is brand new with no amenities. However I still give it 5 out of 5. Its beautiful and I cant wait to stay there when all of its amenities are up and running. And it was very reasonable price wise.

PROS: the great things ! Firstly i want to thank the kitchen staff @ Pepe’s for the delicious breakfasts i throughly enjoyed these morsels of authentically prepared mix of italian and colombian as well as “American” type breakfasts! PLUS The kitchen staff made me feel very welcome and comfortable as i was traveling alone in Medellin. They deserve a raise !! & they were outstanding, them & the staff behind the bar in particular!! my room was clean when i entered & it was maintained clean during my 7 day stay. the hotel is fantastic, i also appreciated the tech savvy room card where i would need the card to turn on all electrical appliances including the AC which was welcome during some of those JULY summer nights. that i would take my room card out of the slot to close all electric functions in the room helped me because i knew where my room card was at all times! the bed was comfy -room service people did a THOROUGH job of cleaning and changing the linens on the bed. Very comfy room with a fantastic shower head that felt great during steamy showers. CONS: the things that could be improved i want to add that i think there should be a larger garbage can in the room. while the trash can in the bathroom LOOKED NICE it was completely IMPRACTICAL - small and i had some garbage and it all wouldn’t fit inside this small container. you should have a main garbage can outside the rooms for necessity. ALSO there was noisy construction going on above my room.

Perfect 5 stars, I fully recommend it! We had an extremely comfortable stay here. The location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk to plenty of bustling shops, restaurants and commercial districts. The hotel is brand new, with large rooms and very soft, comfortable beds. All the staff at the front desk offered warm, thoughtful service and were very helpful. We are totally satisfied with everything and will choose this place again next time.

The Hotel doesn't have a phone in the room, we had to use the bathrooms' wastebasket because there weren't any in the rooms. The minibar didn't have the prices of the beverages and snacks. We had to ask for soap. If you had to call the lobby, it had to be using your phone and WhatsApp. The bed sheets didn't get changes. Overall, wouldn't stay again
