The property was in a good location, even though there is a lot of noise at night, their rooms are pretty sound proof. It’s a good area, but if traveling with family, there are lots of prostitutes around the area. So not sure. The hotel amenities are good. The breakfast is à la carte during the weekdays and buffet during the weekends. Overall, it’s a good hotel, a boutique style, good service.

Very nice boutique hotel, with a more exclusive service than a regular big hotel. The room was well decorated and modern. One little thing which was a little annoying was the fact that breakfast was à la carte during the week, and with that, you could only order one item, which was a weird thing. The neighborhood had lots of stores and restaurants. The only thing is if traveling with family and kids, the area is full of prostitution, which would be awkward for kids. Aside from that, it was a nice area.

From the staff at the front desk to the manager, everyone was incredibly professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Wonderful Stay & Exceptional Service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My group and I had a wonderful stay at The Charlee Hotel. The hotel has a great atmosphere, and what truly elevated our experience was the exceptional service from the entire team — warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. A special thank you to Anderson at reception, who looked after me beautifully from the moment I arrived. I was waiting for my group of 14 friends whose flight had been delayed, and Anderson was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive throughout. His service was exceptional. Santiago was equally outstanding. When our group of 15 departed with around 30 suitcases, he went above and beyond to help the driver load everything into the van, all while maintaining a wonderful smile and positive attitude. Truly first-class service. A big thank you as well to the evening security team, who looked after us while we waited outside for transportation and helped keep unwanted street vendors and solicitors at bay. We really appreciated their care and professionalism. The only minor improvements would be adding sun loungers around the pool and speeding up the egg service at breakfast, which could sometimes take 15–20 minutes. Overall, a fantastic experience. Thank you to the entire Charlee team — especially Anderson, Santiago, and the evening security staff — for making our stay so memorable
