Selvario 36 was a fantastic hotel! All of the staff were kind and extremely helpful, even helping to arrange transportation from the airport to the hotel on short notice. We had a very pleasant experience, not to mention the very beautiful setting!

The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. Everything was well organized, and we truly enjoyed our experience. This hotel is an absolute must when staying in El Poblado. The room was spotless and absolutely gorgeous. Our room had a hammock on the balcony which was perfect for an afternoon nap. My husband and I felt like we were in an oasis. The vibe it brings is unmatched. The staff is very attentive to all of our needs and easily accessible through WhatsApp. I also surprised my husband with a couples massage and all I could hear is him snoring right next to me of how relaxed he was. I would rate this hotel a 10/10 if I could!
