Great stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and very clean. The open shower and bathroom design were definitely the highlight. We’d happily stay here again!

Everything matched the pictures and the staff was super helpful! The drinks in the rooftop bar were great and there was also a lot of good food in the area (also not too far from the metro or a more bustling shopping area). It is better if you know at least a minimal level of Spanish. If you’re a light sleeper, the noise from other guests in the hallway/outside might bother you, but as someone from a major city, I just put the (smart)TV on and tuned it out. Would stay here again!

Well situated and a large room which made it easy to relax in. The coffee shop downstairs is toe die for. All the basics are provided with microwave and stovetop a great addition for dealing with leftovers. Clean rooms and functional AC with an interesting industrial aesthetic. I recommend for longer term stays as well.

The hotel is lovely, and located in a very central part of El Poblado, about 15 minutes' walk from the metro. Even though I was only in a single room, it was a beautiful space and very well designed, and the staff were very responsive to my queries. Slight minuses are that it gets quite noisy at night (especially at the weekends), the included breakfast is a bit limited and the staff's grasp of English isn't brilliant - but for the price it's really excellent value..

Cozy hotel

Amazing hotel. Just be prepared for some noisy environment as there are a lot of restaurants and therefor lots of activities going on around the hotel. But its super cozy, centrally located and the staff is just always ready to help! I would stay there again
