I had an amazing experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. My room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable.The location is perfect close to restaurants, bars etc. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. What really stood out was the level of care and hospitality. It truly felt like the team went above and beyond to make sure guests had a memorable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Medellin and will definitely stay here again on my next trip! We loved this property. Super friendly and helpful staff. Well designed rooms with good amenities. There’s even a great jazz bar in the basement that we enjoyed. The location is in the hottest neighborhood of Medellín, especially for nightlife. Therefore, all the best restaurants of all price ranges are nearby. All the best shopping is also nearby. Metro to other parts of town is within walking distance and very easy to use. Given the location, it can get noisy at nights until early hours of the morning. However, that was a problem for us because we used the white noise on our phone at nights and it worked perfectly. We would stay here again.

El hotel es muy céntrico, ideal para viajar en pareja, a pocos minutos caminando de Provenza , cerca de restaurantes y tiendas y con un rooftop con una vista preciosa. Las habitaciones muy lindas y cómodas. El personal muy amable y siempre está pendiente de que uno esté cómodo. El desayuno delicioso a la carta con buenas porciones y hasta te ofrecen un desayuno para llevar si sales para el aeropuerto antes que esté disponible . Volvería sin dudarlo
