Great hotel in a great neighborhood. Price is excellent. Staff are friendly, kind and knowledgeable. The patio was being worked on during my stay so you could hear the noise throughout the day. The breakfast was decent. Rooms are very clean, cozy and the tvs are great. Mini fridges in the rooms are good. There is air conditioning in the rooms. Lots of great coffee shops and places to eat in the neighborhood or within walking distance. Would stay here again.

I had a great stay, breakfast is really good and staff is friendly. Room is very nice, my only complaint would be because of the large windows in the premium suite it is very loud at night with cars etc. if you bring ear plugs you should be fine.
