The view is outstanding and the facilities are beautiful. The food was also very good. However, there was no Christmas decorations whatsoever; and the staff at the breakfast were not very attentive. The food is also extremely overpriced for Colombia.

The hotel and staff were excellent the roads to the hotel are horrible once your flight. The hotel your staying there cause traveling to other areas will be 35 to 40 min drive

The hotel itself is a GEM in Guatape that you have to experience. The views are breathtaking and attention to detail are 5-stars. The only reason I'm not giving it 5-star rating is that there were a few issues with my suite (hot water took forever to come out, room jacuzzi useless with no hot water, etc). We were served a pork chop medium term at the restaurant (which is a big deal for Pork as it's not steak) and service in general was very slow. The restaurant at the bottom was so much better in taste and quality, which was strange.. Other than that, amazing property!

Brown was excellent!! Juan Pablo, one the staff was great and very helpful, every room as a view to the lake, infinity pool, the food is great!!! Free breakfast, free parking with option of valet if you prefer, drive was beautiful, you get into the woods to get to the hotel, nothing to worry about, very safe. I'm definitely going back.

beautiful hotel food is great. The staff is great for some reason. Nobody wants to invest in the roads around the hotel or even on the property. It makes no sense at all. You have to take little tues and it is a ride that beats the hell out of you better for a four wheeler.

The hotel is very nice, cozy, clean, and the staff is incredible. The breakfast is good, sufficient, and delicious. The food in general is delicious, but we didn't like a couple of dishes we tried. The wings were very ugly, and the chicken tortilla soup was delicious, but I ordered it twice and it came out cold. I would return to this hotel; it's very nice.

I’ve been in a few hotels but I have to say that this is just breath taking. Starting with the staff to all the amenities the hotel has like jet skies, pádel boards, boats, a private beach, indoor jacuzzi, etc etc I was just extremely happy with my stay. I will definitely stay there again and I totally recommend this hotel.

⸻ Everything was beautiful, natural, and almost perfect. I would just like to share two small points of feedback: 1. Room amenities: My reservation was always for two people, but the room was set up for one (one glass, one towel, one bottle of water). It would be ideal if this could be considered from the start. This happened on both nights, even after I mentioned it the first evening. 2. Pool area: One of the lifeguards on the morning shifts of Friday 28th and Saturday 30th was not very courteous and came across as a bit rude, which made me feel uncomfortable. I entered the pool area before opening hours just to sit and write not to use the pool and the way he addressed me didn’t feel appropriate. Later, when leaving, he asked me for the towel again in a way that didn’t feel polite. This was very different from the courtesy of the rest of the staff, especially the lifeguard on the afternoon shift of November 27th, who was very pleasant
