We has an amazinf stay at the Lin Boutique. The staff was amazing and very serving. The breakfast was delicious as well. The location is perfect as you can easily walk to provenza and poblado park for tour pick ups. Would 100% recommend.

The staff were good, room was clean enough, but oh my god was it loud at night. There’s a rooftop bar but let’s be honest, it’s a club, they play music until 2am. And other clubs downstairs that open until 4am, you could feel a subtle vibration through your bedsheets when you try to get some sleep at night.

Great staff and good breakfast, but room quality can be improved. Something to notice is that there is a rooftop lounge, so if you are looking to have some sleep avoid the last floor (we didn't know this and we paid for it)

I read the reviews. Great location. Stylish suite to return to. The staff was very very accommodating from check in with I believe with Elizabeth, to the other front desk lady to the manager. Short walkt to provenza and most rooftop bars and restaurants. The 2 gentleman working the rooftop the bartender and waiter go the extra mile. We could hear the music but stayed om the second floor and it didn't keep us from sleeping. Great vibe. 3 rooms face the street but nothing crazy. I would go back for exploring.

The hotel is overall comfortable and very clean. The breakfast is great and service is excellent. However, two things to note for anyone sensitive to noise: (1) There is a rooftop bar that can play loud music until 2AM. The building is not well sound proof, so even the lower level can be affected. (2) it faces a street that is quite busy too. We get used to the traffics noise eventually but the motorcycle has loud noise in Medellín and the first few nights were hard. Probably neither is in the control of the hotel staff who is excellent though.
