Overall my stay here was good. The neighbors were a bit rowdy, but it did not last long. It is a good location near many restaurants and local shopping areas. I felt safe walking around. The staff were super accommodating and attentive. They assisted us in adjusting our dates. I enjoyed the view from the upstairs gym!

This property is beautiful, clean and spacious. The location is great as there’s a pharmacy, shopping market and restaurants and bakery. I did not enjoy the bed at all. It was hard and I woke up feeling like I spelt on the floor Overall, it was amazing and I would highly recommend.

The 11 days here were good and bad. The Deluxe apartment was amazing, with excellent appliances, TV and a modern design. It’s close to everything you might need. The bad is that the apartments have vents and the building design traps the sound and creates an echo as well. Whenever the hotel door opens to the lobby, a loud squeak is heard in the room. All conversations in the lobby make it into the room. We stayed on the 2nd floor. Maybe higher floors are better. All floors have a railing and you can look straight down into the lobby from all floors. Having said all that, a big thank you to hotel management for asking the person whistling off the top of his lungs at 7 am, or 10 pm, didn’t really matter what time, for 30 - 45 minutes continuously, to knock it off. With the vents, it sounded like someone was in the room whistling non-stop.

Kyux Apartments are modern and secure with 24/7 guard and easy pin-pad access. Great location in Laureles—steps from restaurants, parks, and a vibrant neighborhood. Only downside: heavy traffic noise from the busy road.
