The location is great. Staff personnel was very friendly. The breakfast was included was good. The hotel needs a little upgrade to make it more attractive. A lot of good restaurants around. The view of the city from the rooftop is incredible

The Inntu is centrally located in Laureles and allows access to amazing restaurants, shops, food markets, etc. Everything is within walking distance. Restaurant staff are accommodating and helpful.

We liked everyone's attention especially because it was a very important moment such as a honeymoon. They recommended places to visit and the best access route to get there, excellent food and a very beautiful view

It's surrounded by restaurants and bars. Supermarket is 5 minutes walk. We loved complimentary breakfast. All stuff are so friendly and helpful. 2 bottles of water are not complimentary.

Great are. Excellent hotel. Staff are super friendly and helpful, from the front desk people to the kitchen staff and waiters. The views from the top of the hotel are awesome as are the ones from the rooms, particularly the top ones. All rooms have large windows to take in the views. Everything is super clean and comfortable. Dinner menu is great. Someone in that kitchen knows how to cook octopus (a favorite of mine)!

Poor staff service at front desk. I was charged $76.24 for local taxes which it was a very abusive action. We weren’t welcome in a professional manner. We do not recommend this hotel to anyone. We are spreading the word about this extremely poor experience with business partners, family members and friends. We were robbed by them, especially when we were charged fees higher than the amount paid when completed the booking. Thank you!!!

I never heard a hotel to charge you for a health insurance. When I booked the hotel it said 4 stars, bellman said is 3 stars, when I entered the room I saw: stains on the wall, toilet seat was scratched all over and had a yellowish color, very hard mattress, around the light switch the paint was coming off, hair on the wall, in the bathroom rust by the window, towels look like rags, so I didn’t stay and I was still charges for 4 nights, I paid a lot less for an other hotel that was true 4 stars, nicer and cleaner and well taking care. I tried to get a refund and I got a email saying that my booking is not refundable. I can understand they can charge me for a night but charge me for all 4 days with out staying at all, is ridiculous. I am disappointed with the hotel and Expedia for ripping me off.

Horrible management. I stayed 3 days. They could not figure out how to connect WiFi throughout entire hotel. They also could not figure out how to have the phones in the room work so for every single situation instead of calling the lobby I needed to go down the elevator which was highly annoying. And a special bonus. They didn’t give me clean towels any day until after 8pm. Horrible hotel management. Don’t stay here. Really bad hotel. Horrible
