What a fabulous hotel! I travel a lot (weekly) and stay at lots of business chain hotels and was a little nervous about staying at an independent hotel at a relatively low rate but was super impressed with everything. The hotel has breathtaking views at each landing, is close to good restaurants and the in-hotel restaurant is great. Simple food but served with a smile. English was limited but it all worked. I rarely write reviews but loved this place!

The property was totally nice and clean but was a lot of noise for the rest of the people especially for the Dominican people was there they don't respect anything they just make a noise which is a little bit unfair for the people is resting in the hotel

The staff at the hotel are so friendly and courteous always ready to help with anything that i need. The rooms are clean and it is equipped with everything you to spend couple of days or a week or more time in the facilities.

Very forgettable experience. Terrible room with lots of broken things. The bathroom ceiling collapsed due to a water leak. We were moved to a smaller room in return.

Les cuento que el hotel es limpio, cómodo, bien ubicado , pero la atención del personal deja mucho que desear. Con la excepción de una recepcionista que no puedo saber su nombre el resto no tiene gota de amabilidad para los huéspedes. Ese punto negativo se tira todo el esfuerzo de limpieza , comodidad, etc. Hay que hacerles un curso de servicio al cliente o están muy insatisfechos con su trabajo.
