There was no control for the AC the TV was not working I woke up in the morning there was a cockroach. The place is outdated. I want to recommend anybody to stay there.

I Constantly stay at this hotel. The staff makes me feel very welcomed, they are very attentive and most important,I know that I can trust them. Location is very nice, very central, a short distance from anywhere by taxi, and if you are like me, I take the Metro which is just a five minute walk away. I highly recommend it.

Centrally located bustling location. Basic breakfast eggs, arepa, cheese, fruit & hot beverage/juice. Close to transportation and restaurants. No welcome info in room. Have to ask for everything, wifi code, safe instructions, kitchen supplies etc. Staff pleasant and very attentive.

Hotel needs revamping. The internet was unusable on all channels. If you need it, avoid thid place. Staff is ok, breakfast ok. Room key was one of those ancient perforated plastic cards that broke in the lock. The receptionist tried to make me pay for it! Location is not bad, in safe area but a couple of nearby resto-bars play very loud, competing music until 3 am. Overall it’s overrated on this site.

Tuvimos problemas ya que hay habitaciones cercanas a las escaleras donde se escucha todo el ruido y es imposible dormir, nos cambiaron de habitación con amabilidad, sin embargo, después pagamos una toalla que se ensució, pagamos $50,000 pesos colombianos pero nos entregaron la toalla que estaba con mancha toda mojada, aún sabiendo que viajaríamos ese día y habían quedado en lavarla para ver si salía la mancha días antes, no el día de nuestra salida. También la taza de una habitación se sentía despegada ya que se movía

Todo estuvo excelente...el hotel tiene una excelente ubicación,el personal super amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo. Limpieza de la habitación todos los días....todo estuvo excelente....solo un aporte...estuvimos en apartamento de 2! habitaciones, amplio y muy bonito con solo 2 observaciones: una ventana estaba dañada y no se podía cerrar con el seguro de la ventana, y yo sugeriría cambiar las almohadas de la habitación ( no estaban mal, pero ya se siente que necesitan cambio)...por lo demás, regresaría a este hotel, y lo recomendaría a mis amigos.

Hotel fabuloso!

Es un excelente hotel, muy limpio, las camas y almohadas cómodas, la habitación y el baño son amplios y tiene secador de pelo. Así mismo me gusto mucho el desayuno, es muy completo y generoso que incluye cereal con leche o yogurt, huevos al gusto, acompañantes como pan y arepa, jugo de naranja y bebida caliente, tambien la ubicación, ya que se encuentra en una zona segura, hay sitios de comidas en los alrededores y un mini market cerca del hotel. Pero lo que más me encantó es que tiene unas terrazas donde se puede observar toda la ciudad y sobre todo la atención y amabilidad del personal.
