The hotel is right at the middle of all the actions e.g. bars, restaurants, nightclubs etc. It’s in a very safe area in Barrio Provenza in El Poblado. The room is so spacious. All the staff are so friendly and willing to help. The hotel is so clean. I recommend Hotel Provenza Garden and I would definitely come back to stay here if I come to Medellin.

Personally, I would not recommend it. The staff made billing errors—though these were eventually refunded—and I feel they do not provide much information regarding hotel rules during check-in. (They tried to charge us an extra $40 for a stain on a bedsheet—something I don't consider reasonable, as such accidents can happen in hotels, and items like towels and sheets can typically be replaced and laundered at no extra cost.) We actually had to complain to a supervisor to help resolve the situation. The rooms are smaller than they appear online, and the air conditioning does not work well (it feels hot a good portion of the time). They provide only one towel per person, and every time we tried to request an extra one, it became a hassle, and they were unable to provide it. I can honestly say that this has been one of the worst hotels I have visited during my travels; I did not enjoy the experience at all and, personally, I would not stay there again.
