The room was large, and the bed was comfortable. Overall, this hotel has seen better days. It also sits on a very busy street with lots of noise that penetrates the room.

Great location for nightlife.

This place was right on the strip and ready access to nightlife. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a little dismal but not bad. The cable tv never worked, but i wasn't there to watch TV lol.

Service not good. Have to ask for towels, toilette paper and blanks every Day. In the rooms you can hear Music and noise from the out side all night long. Surrounding áreas not good for familia with little ones or young adults.

I went with two friends and the location was great for us that wanted to party every night and do tour excursions during the day. Any inconvenience we had, the staff would work on it and solve the issue fast.

Good value

Friendly reception and good basic hotel. Breakfast was tasty and the rooms were clean. They allowed visitors if they left their ID. Great economic hotel especially for solo travellers.

ALL the staff is amazing from the front desk to the kitchen to the cleaning lady. They are friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable of the area and what the city of Medellín has to offer.

In a strategic location, right at Lleras Park, easy access to restaurants, right next to a supermarket, great staff service at reception, not as visitor restrictive as other hotels. However if a quiet place is what you are looking for, the location is in the centre of a lot of music that goes til late.

When we got to the hotel there was no room available for us. They booked us a room at a nearby hotel "Hotel Lleras Express". The other hotel was overall "ok". But this mishaps should never happen. Bad experience.

Actually, this time I stayed at Lleras Express, a half block from the Loup Hotel, which I stayed at a few months ago. I liked Lleras Express, as it was much quieter than Hotel Loup. Both are wonderful properties. They are clean, the the staff (especially at Lleras Express) is super friendly and helpful. Very good experience. I would recommend to any travelers.
