The staff was very friendly and helpful, but room conditions could be better. Sometime at 6 in the morning we heard loud bang. Like someone tried to kick the door open. Then banging continued. Turns out it was workers who constantly walked in and out one of the rooms. That was disturbing. What saved the mood is very good breakfast.

Great value, modern and clean hotel, in a leafy street very close to the energetic nightlife area of Laureles. Also walkable to the metro. Staff lovely and breakfast each morning was a bonus. Worth noting that it is not suited to light sleepers as the cacophony from the bars echoes even into rooms on the "quiet" side. Only issues was Internet stopped working the 4th night, just when I needed to check in for my flight.

Photos were deceiving as our room has not been updated, the windows were crusty, ceiling had stains, and walls had peeling paint. We checked out early and are hoping to get a refund as the room was not as shown. Lobby was nice and breakfast offered fruit, eggs, rice and other Colombian staples.

BECOMING MY FAVORITE IN MEDELLIN

It was a nice day but heads up to people that like to exercise. The workout area is on the 5th floor and I never knew about it as many times as I stayed there but found out about it by accident. It's a very convenient hotel if you like to be close to many of the clubs

It was a excellent stay, staff was excellent. The property needs a bit of work . But I enjoy the location and the attendance to detail of my needs as a first time visiting Colombia. And not speak a word of Spanish!! Lol some train in English will he to go a long way..

Super noisy. Construction going on during the day which made it hard to relax. There was a metal vent in the room that made lots of noise in the middle of the night from the rain. Bellman was really helpful though.

Staff in the restaurant and room cleaning were nice and courteous Construction was going on and workers would start banging/hammering as early as 7:30am, not good. Noisy street because of the blaring music from the restaurant//bar next door until 2:00am. Very safe. I would return if I can get a not facing the street

Great shower water pressure and hot water. Quite hard bed. Window didn’t close properly and there was a lot of noise in the courtyard in the night. And then at 7am onwards there was construction work which was very noisy. I could hear other people’s alarms going off at 6am through the walls. But good location. Ok stay

There was supposed to be a kitchenette included, there was not. Listing said soundproofed rooms, and they were not. The night life outside was SO LOUD, the only way to drown that out was white noise on the TV turned up, and an extra fan in the room. You could also hear staff/guests talking all the way downstairs. Not soundproofed in the slightest, so they should not list that feature, or actually make that a reality. Hot tub in common area didn’t look clean, nope. The sunroof had no cover for light, so the blackout shades were not enough to sleep in past 7-8 AM. Air conditioner wasn’t very cool. Most of the front desk staff wasn’t rude exactly, but were difficult to reach and were not friendly. The bed was atrocious, and I mean unbearable. For a premium room, I expected a soft enough bed to enjoy as the most important accommodation. I had to pad the bed with extra blankets and that hardly helped. The included breakfast was a standard breakfast with eggs, arepas, meat/cheese, decent coffee, juices to choose from. The staff were always kind and friendly, wish they were running the place instead. Laundry and shuttle service were very convenient, easy to set up with notice ahead of time. Hot tub was not as expected. It had not been maintained and run in some time apparently, with brown mineral water running for quite a while before it was clear. Lights didn’t work in the tub either but overall it was ok. For the price, it was alright but was not as expected or as listed.
