Me gusto mucho la propiedad, ubicacion , limpieza y personal muy atento. pero hacia mucho calor en la noche y no habia abanicos. El tv tambien es un poco anticuado solo tenia netflix y la señal era muy lenta las peliculas no cargaban.

Sitio para desconectar realmente. Alejado (muy) de la civilización. Buenas instalaciones, buena comida y buena vista. La carretera para llegar no es asfaltada y es difícil. Vinos overpriced.

Isolated need SUV or boat to get there Staff wasn't prepared for guest. All inclusive food did not include appetizers, dessert, or bottled water. Free boat ride to other sister hotel was part of the package, but the day we were to go things changed. Staff came up with excuses why it would cost 150,000 pesos for the trip. Beautiful place Staff / management?

Guatape Gem, very private and accomodating retreat

An incredible private little hotel nestled in the hills of Guatape. Once you arrive it is just beautiful, the surroundings are breathtaking, the hotel itself is very nice with very friendly and attentive service. Rooms are also spacious and well appointed, with great views of the property. This is the perfect couples retreat destination. The pool and Jacuzzis were great and if you want to get out of the sun there are huts for that too (which I think had an area for getting a little bonfire going, would be nice at night). All in all a wonderful hotel, I just have one caution if you plan on going...don't miss the last boat! The road to get here is NOT TAXI FRIENDLY. If you arrive at the sister hotel in time (2pm ish), you can take a nice 30 boat trip to this hotel and not have to worry about going on an off road adventure ;). Highly recommend and I plan to go back (minus the terrifying taxi ride)!
