I really enjoyed my stay here. The room really served my needs well. The room was very clean. I liked the breakfast. The staff was very friendly. I would like to thank Laura in housekeeping for her fine assistance on the several occasions I required extra service. My stay here was wonderful. The location is great.

A hotel in a very safe and convenient location. Bars and several restaurants around the corner. Room clean and spacious. Pity the lack of window. Good simple breakfast.

I would not recommend under any surcumstances I will tell you what they did I checked in my god mother the reservation was from the 2 of August to the 9 of which I told reception that because of charity work for church I would be checking out early they said it would be no problem that since I reserved through Expedia that they would refund those days I call Expedia I’m told by Expedia that the hotel Said no so to the hotel I have left the country I went early this morning to complain as to why they tell me to contact Expedia and they say no they continue to say it’s Expedia mean while I’m going back and forth and to all of this the hotel his very very dishonest they did not check me out in Expedia they did it on the property this is called stealing would never recommend then my opinion is go to a recognized chain of hotel that is represented internationally Colombian hotel steal now I understand why they are so distrusted this is stealing

Ett bra ställe i ett mycket säkert område. Nöjeskvarteren två gator ner. Rummet helt ok med aircon och kylskåp.

La experiencia en este hotel fue terrible. Nos encontramos sin agua caliente y el personal no mostró interés en solucionar el problema. Llegar después de un día frío y lluvioso, esperando un baño caliente y encontrarse con agua helada fue decepcionante. El equipo parecía carecer de habilidades o simplemente ignoraba nuestra situación. Esta falta de atención y respeto hacia los clientes es inaceptable. Además, lo más frustrante fue que cuestionaron la veracidad de nuestra queja, a pesar de ser evidente que ellos mismos no proporcionaron agua caliente. Esta actitud de negar la realidad empeoró aún más nuestra experiencia, añadiendo una capa adicional de decepción y desconfianza hacia el hotel y su personal.

Wir hatten zwei komplett unterschiedliche Zimmer. Bei der ersten Buchung waren wir spät dran und es gab nur noch ein Zimmer ohne Fenster im Erdgeschoss, dazu noch miniklein. Zum schlafen absolut fein, zum Ausruhen am Tag nicht angenehm. Das hätte ich nicht nochmal gemacht. Nun haben wir im ersten Stock ein grosses Zimmer mit Fenster und grossem Bett plus grossem Bad und sind sehr glücklich. Das Frühstück ist sehr simpel aber ausreichend, die Lage super, insofern kann ich das Hotel für Kurzaufenthalte von ein paar Tagen absolut empfehlen.
