Staff are efficient, friendly but respectful, very helpful. I felt uneasy with the surrounding area so I ensured I returned to the hotel at the latest at dusk and never after dark.

Check in was good. The room was OK. TV didn’t work well no Internet WiFi service in the room. The hot tub didn’t have a lot of power, although the water was really hot. The area was pretty bad, but that’s to be expected in center city.

As the old saying quoted. “ Are you certainly get what you pay for”?. I was not impressed with the hotel once I asked you arrived. If you’re looking for a place that is cheap? Well, this is your spot. Because of the conditions of the hotel, my guess and I did not do the breakfast. I would not recommend this hotel as long-term stay. Along with the back conditions of the hotel and the somewhat dicey area. We also had roaches staying with us too.

Poor everything lost all my money.

Middle of worst part of Medellin. Asked for an airport pickup, never heard a response. Tried to get a taxi to hotel from airport, the driver said it was too dangerous and wanted me to pay double.. I paid double, when i got to the hotel after 11pm, their was no way to check into the hotel, no staff available. Taxi driver nervous told me to get in the car and we had to leave. tried to contact hotel, never responded. Asked for a refund, they wouldn't give it. I love adventure and danger, but this place was straight out of medellin dangerous.

En el techo de la habitación hay 5 bafles negros que me hacian sentir incomoda,no sé si me estaba espiando o filmando. El telefono de la habitación tenía un aviso que decía ( marque 9 para llamar afuera) no estaba habilitado esta opción, Las luces de la habitación y pasillos muy tenue,se veía oscuro,la habitación no tenía ventana .en la mesa de noche había un bafle más grande aparentemente desenergizado. En algún momento en la noche escuche una voz robotica de una mujer que salia de un bafle y no pude identificar de cuales era. El desayuno no es lo más agradable son porciones demasiado pequeñas ,ejemplo: me dieron 1/3 parte de un banano, en otra ocasión me dieron 5 cascos de una mandarina. Lo bueno: al frente paran todos los buses y a dos cuadras queda la parada del tren eléctrico . NO lo recomiendo

Normalmente no dejo reseñas, pero me siento en la obligación de advertir a otros. Este lugar es totalmente engañoso. Las fotos en internet NO tienen nada que ver con la realidad del lugar. Las habitaciones estaban deterioradas, sucias y mal mantenidas. Los muebles eran viejos, rayados y había un olor extraño en todo el edificio. Lo peor es que el lugar se sentía completamente inseguro. Había personas merodeando por el estacionamiento toda la noche, discusiones fuertes afuera de nuestra ventana, y no nos sentimos cómodos dejando nuestras pertenencias en la habitación. Seamos sinceros — esto NO debería llamarse hotel. Es más bien un motel de mala categoría, y decir eso ya es ser generoso. Recomiendo fuertemente que eviten este lugar. Hay opciones mucho mejores cerca, que realmente se ven como en las fotos y ofrecen una estadía segura y limpia.

Super defraudado. Primeramente, este hotel no es nada de lo que sale en las fotos. El hotel se ve sucio y la habitacion nada limpia. En los alrededores muy sucio y por la noche no hay quien duerma con el ruido. Estoy conciente que el hotel tiene politicas, pero en cuanto llegue al hotel que hice el check in, que vi las condiciones tuve que buscar otro hotel ya que la persona que estaba en el lobby ni siquiera trato de buscar aunque sea un acomodo razonable. No nos devolvieron el dinero y nunca usamos el hotel. Asi qje le soy un 0 de 10
