This hotel is trash compared to standards of other hotels, even in Medellin. First, the hot water didn’t work 2 days out of 4. There were roaches and you can see them as you sleep. Lastly, the wifi didn’t work in the room that i was provided (509, then 508) because they have one wifi router for the entire hotel and it doesn’t cover every room. I went upstairs to the terrace to get wifi and do some work, and they tried to call the police saying that this is not allowed. One of the ladies at the reception, the very overweight one, has such a nasty attitude. I asked to speak to the manager all 4 days and no one got back to me. So if you want a trashy experience that is literally a hazard, good luck at this dump

The room way priced ok but the WiFi was very very weak and barely worked. There was a restaurant on the bottom floor of the hotel that played VERY loud music all day and until very late. They also want to charge you extra for having guests which is ridiculous, if my friend wants to come stay with me in a room allowed for two people, this should be allowed. You guys assume everyone is bringing prostitutes with them and this is both offensive and unprofessional. I will never stay here again.
