Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Ho prenotato per 8 notti , tramite Expedia . Mi hanno detto che siccome non avevo fatto il check in ( tra le 15 e le 16 ) non avevano più la mia prenotazione . Nemmeno per i giorni a seguire . Mi è sembrato molto strano . Io ero lì per lavoro per la feria de las 2 ruedas , ho dovuto chiedere a azienda di pagarmi un altro hotel dove ho dovuto pagare il doppio della cifra e mi ha creato non pochi problemi la cosa dato che sono arrivato di notte , senza una sim col imbianca , senza cambio in valuta locale e senza conoscere la zona , con bisogno di riposo e una stanza ..
