The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The Sheraton is under renovation and work is being done during the day. The hotel is connected to Avieda Mall and is 10 minutes away from Santa Fe Mall which is a plus. The breakfast is good and the wait staff is very attentive.

The property was a nice and clean property. It was quite difficult communicating with the staff as they hardly spoke English. I choose the Marriott as it’s an international brand and was thinking the staff would speak English but I was wrong in thinking that. They were doing lots of maintenance on the property so everything was taped up and the furniture on the 10th floor was covered in plastic. One plus, there is a pathway from the hotel that leads to a shopping center with lots of restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy

The breakfast items were fresh and delicious with various local fruit options. The breakfast staff was amazing and very attentive…the same is true about housekeeping. The hotel is attached to a grocery store and a mall. The hotel is just a few steps away from the Santa Fe Mall (which is huge and equipped with a Bowling alley and Go Kart Racing) as well as a short walk from the Pablado.

Breakfast was excellent, the staff was friendly, the location was ideal, and we particularly enjoyed the entrance to the mall. However, the gym requires an upgrade. The spa provided a relaxing experience.

Excellent place to stay

The hotel was very clean, the personnel very friendly and the room was impecable. It includes breakfast and it was varied. They offer restaurant food service 24 hours. It is located close to two nice malls and you have a variety of options to eat as well.
