It's a very small new building. Yes everything was clean , room was clean. But its very small, no kitchen, you had to go another block away for your "free Breakfast ". There's no free coffee on site or anything. Only some water and drinks for sale. The description and pictures of the layout and amenities to the Hotel were very vague and misleading

A beautifully-designed room in an incredibly quiet hotel in a neighbourhood that we loved. On a quiet residential street within walking distance to most of the places we wanted to visit, including the football stadium and restaurants and coffee shops of Laureles. The bed was large and incredibly comfortable, the shower and bath products provided were lovely, the a/c was strong and functional, and we enjoyed the small balcony and the view of the surrounding mountains, especially at night.
