The hotel is in a perfect location. Walk less than a block and your in the midst of all the restaurants bars and shops! The room is spacious and bathroom super clean! Breakfast is included. You only have a few options but it’s great.

Great location, the property offers everything you can need for your stay. Be mindful that on weekends there is a bar adjacent to the property that plays loud music until late.

Decent hotel but not great

Nice hotel, I wouldn’t rate it outstanding but rooms are nice, breakfast ok, I would say the only problem is the breakfast is included but it’s only Colombian style.

The front desk is often the key to every hotels success or failure. Eduardo in particularly went out of his way on many occasions to help me on every way. I've been here before several times so I highly recommend this hotel. Short walk to restaurants, about 15 minutes to the second park of Laureles, 10 minutes to a good mall.

We arrived on our flight at 2 am no issues with late check in. Area was safe and a lot of action. Room was noisy but with earplugs it was fine. Great breakfast and our server was awesome.

All staff were great with a special shout out for Manuela front desk and Daniela in the dining. Good hiring practices by the management for so many great people working here. Room was lovely and big, Only downfall is the neighborhood with loud music 🎵

Great option

Great location, close to a lot of restaurants and nightclubs in Laureles. About 8min walk to the subway station. Safe and friendly area, you can walk at any time. Bring your earplugs if you want to sleep, music plays from 11am until 3.30am every day and street noise starts at 7am. Would recommend for adults only, the place is not very big for kids to be running around.

This is my second time staying at this property and I like it. They have a restaurant and a bar downstairs and they have several places (restaurants) close by. The only problem is that you hear the music that's around the area and it can be annoying for some people. Also, I am not sure how's the noise on the weekends since my stayed was during the week. I do recommend this place and I would stay here again. The employees are very nice and friendly.

Terrible stay. I loved Medellin but the stay here was super unpleasant . There was a festival for a whole week that I basically couldn’t sleep through. I had to book a whole different trip to Cartagena because of such horrible experience. When I asked the manager to cut my reservation short they declined and basically kicked it to the side. The breakfast was horrible . Overall avoid staying around this area . Sealed windows with fresh air. It’s crazy because I never write any reviews but there’s no way I was not going to warn people of this horrible place .
