Beautifully decorated, spacious apartments with beautiful views of Medellín. A nice rooftop terrace with jacuzzis, a good breakfast to get your day started and wonderful, friendly and welcoming staff. A safe, walkable area with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Rooms are only cleaned upon request for an additional fee. I will stay here again next time I visit Medellin.

I had a fantastic stay. The studio was spacious, clean, and modern, and the location was great with restaurants and a shopping centre nearby. Although it’s next to a busy street, you don’t hear any noise once inside. Getting around was easy and affordable. The rooftop was amazing with great views and two hot tubs, even though I didn’t get the chance to use them. The staff were lovely with excellent communication from start to finish, and the breakfast wasn’t bad either. I’d definitely stay here again!

The property was in a good location off the tourist track which was nice. The size of the apartment was perfect for one person. The 24 hour security were really helpful and eager to please. Any questions like the below laundry details were given by the helpful security lady. It takes days to get a response if you message the establishment. The coffee shop, though a bit pricey was convenient and the coffee is ok. There is a laundry with a top loader washing machine and a drier. What is not noted anywhere is that it costs 20,000 (it includes a detergent/softener pod) and you can only pay in cash. When I booked my apartment on 17th July, for my 14 night stay commencing 7th August I requested specifically that I didn’t want to be in an apartment on the main road. Whilst I understand my request cannot be guaranteed, I do feel that given I was staying for 14 nights that I should have been able to move. I arrived and was right on the main road. I had to contend with almost 24 hour busy traffic and a bar diagonally across the way that played blaring music until all hours of the early morning. It was most unpleasant. Even with the balcony door closed. Sleep was a luxury! I asked multiple times during my stay to be moved to the rear of the building as I watched other guests arrive and checkout of the rear apartments. I kept being told that the apartment was assigned by the system and that’s the one that was available. If they could move me they would. I won’t stay again.
