It is a new hotel, everything is brand new and looks so nice. First quality amenities as well as the linings, smell good. So quiet too. The room is small but I has everything needed. I think more I for action about the hotel could be a plus, like a QR with general information. I didn't know there is a restaurant at the roof, until I explore the building. No information regarding schedule or times. Besides that all good!!

They have safes that are so small they can become portable & hence, unsafe. Do not rely on their breakfast, find your own. Inconsistent staff. The TV is of no use if you don't have an account to an app that's local, but that's not unusual for people when traveling. It's a newer property so that's a bonus.

La atención es buena; sin embargo, al compararla con la experiencia en Blue Suits Medellín, la diferencia es notable. La atención en Medellín es excepcional, mientras que en Blue Suits Laureles todavía hay aspectos que podrían mejorar con el tiempo. Es una pena que no ofrezcan desayuno a la carta, ya que sería un valor agregado importante. En cuanto a la limpieza, las instalaciones se observaban y se percibían limpias. Por otro lado, considero que el staff podría mostrar mayor motivación, iniciativa y disposición para brindar una experiencia más destacada al huésped.
