Friendly, helpful staff. Very close to many restaurants on foot. The metro station is also with in walking distance. The pool wasn’t working when I was there and the rooms don’t have ac, only a fan but that was ok for me.

Staff was great! Even though I don’t speak Spanish they were more than understanding. They were very patience with me using google translate and silly things like that to ask them things. They did my laundry and waited for me to transfer money to pesos. None of them were rude and overall a very nice staff. The room was spotless and bathroom was great. It was just what I needed for a little stay in Colombia. My only complaint was my shower was a little leaky but overall the room was exactly what I expected.

This hotel has modern functional and spotless rooms. The bed is firm and comfortable. Great shower, and the lounging area on the rooftop is a nice touch :) However there's no AC so with fan, it's okay, but a little bit on the warm side. Highly recommend the restaurant HaLong Vietnamita down the street. Fantastic food and very good prices!!

Me pareció una buena ubicación y el hotel aunque pequeño pero agradable. El tema de la limpieza pongo 7 porque no habían limpiado el piso y se veía sucio, tuve que pedir limpieza y todos los días papel de baño, un poco molesto eso. Necesita más seguridad ya que hubo un huésped que fumaba marihuana en la terraza y hablaba por teléfono a carcajadas a las 4 30 am y tuve una discusión con él que pudo pasar a mayores. Pero en general si lo recomiendo. Huéspedes así en cualquier lugar..
