This is my third stay at Alcázar Apartment Hotel, and every time has been a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, the staff are always welcoming, and the rooms are consistently clean and comfortable. I’ll definitely be returning again.

Really nice hotel and well located near malls and restaurants, casino's, supermarket, pharmacy. Staff are really nice and helpful. With a security 24h by the door. The rooms are beautiful and big with a washer and dryer and a kitchen that have everything. Highly recommended!!!

Very central location for what I had to do. Inexpensive, especially for two beds and two baths. Excellent office and front door staff. Even includes parking space. Would stay there again.

Excellent value apartment in the centre of Poblado next to the Centro Commercial Oviedo with plenty of shops restaurants and bars - also nearby casinos and top fashion shops. The apartment is very spacious, kitchen area with all necessary equipment to self cater as well as a laundry room. My living room has a great view over Medellin, especially at night when the city lights up. bed v.comfy, living room nicely laid out with comfy chairs and large dining table. Buffet breakfast included on ground floor which was very sufficient (fruits, juices, cereals, cold meats and cheese, omelette, rolls and cakes etc..) and extremely nice and friendly staff from the security guards on duty to the breakfast staff and receptionist. Muchas gracias!

Got, noisy, old and unhelpful staff

The apartment is old, noisy and gets extremely hot because there is no AC in the living areas. The AC for the room makes a terrible racket. The curtains didn’t close properly and the bathrooms are old and poorly maintained. We were terribly disappointed at every aspect of this hotel. Just old, sad and no views. Only good thing about this place is the mall across the street

I've stayed in six apartment hotels and this is the best of the bunch if you don't mind not having a pool, gym, or hot tub on site. The staff are friendly and helpful. I needed to extend my stay and the manager was able to do that for me without even changing apartments. The apartments are well furnished, clean, modern, and beautiful with wood paneling throughout from the entrance door to the closets and wallboard. Nicely decorated and in good condition with a combo washer / dryer. Friendly efficient staff including cleaning staff. Solid breakfast which is complementary with meats, cheeses, fruits, juices, coffee, tea, toast, croissants, eggs, and one hot dish..when I saw meatballs I was reluctant because even Italian restaurants in the USA struggle to make an edible meatball but here the meatballs were fabulous second only to my Italian mother's recipe. My favorite supermarket Carulla's is literally across the strett along with a movie theather and shopping center. The noise level is a steady hum from traffic but as long as drivers don't blow their horns, which few do, it's not an issue. The kitchen is well equipped including dish soap and the laundry comes with pods. Ample closet space. Beautifull tile work in the bathrooms. The air conditioning works well. The furniture is solid. The couch is comfortable, not super low to the floor as it is in some hotels. If the coach had a chaise lounge would be perfect but the apartment we had came with a twin bed in the living room.
