Hotel is great. Staff are lovely. Very central location. However navigating to the outside of the hotel is challenging with many cars. No proper passenger walkway Quite a culture shock when it comes to crossing the roads in Medan city.

Great staff, heartfelt service

Good hotel and location for this city. Excellent service, staff, and security. Located in old city hall, still undergoing some renovations but overall excelllent service and amenities. Staff go out of their way for you.
