The staff are very nice, polite, and helpful. I also liked that they hand you your documents or keys with both hands. The cleaning staff, especially Kaleem, was always welcoming us with a smile and asking if we needed anything. The room was clean and had an amazing partial view of the Haram. The breakfast was great, with a good variety of food to choose from.

Hotel is beautiful and staff are very friendly. First two rooms we checked into smelled like smoke despite being non-smoking. Had to wait for new room assignment, causing missed prayers. Access to Haram requires 2 elevators, which is confusing. Buffet had lots of variety. Hotel is impeccably clean.

The room was great. However, major complain is that the shower has no curtain or door. Therefore, anytime you shower, the water spills everywhere in the bathroom, making it very messy. They really need to install glass doors or something for the shower. The hotel has a direct personal elevator to the Haraam, which makes it very convenient and useful. This was our second stay at this hotel, and I would stay here again for the how close the Haraam access is, and how clean the overall hotel was.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Staff were very polite and helpful. Room was clean and exactly as pictured on website. Had a great view of the kaba. The layout is confusing, as is with all the hotels near haram.i wish they had unscented soap, as most people come there in ihram. But the supermarket very close on ground floor has everything you would need. You can also enter the mall from the supermarket. Buffet breakfast was pretty good and had an omelet station. My only quirk was they charged me and extra 15 Riyal for a ordering a coke at the buffet. Otherwise, had a pretty good experience.
