The rooms were clean and well maintained with soft pillows. Staff were really helpful and always willing to assist. The breakfast was also a nice touch. Whilst not too far to and from the haram from the Al-Ghaza exit, it was none the less a little off the central areas of jabal Omar and Ibrahim khaled rd. the buses were however always ready as d available to drive us to and from. all in all, a lovely experience!

We loved every bit of this hotel, their attention to detail is spectacular. The staff are also sweet and always ready to help. The breakfast spread is also very good. The hotel also has bus service that runs to and from Masjid-al-Haram.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. All the staff were nice and the cleaners were good at their job. It’s just the distance to haram that was a bit far but there was a shuttle bus available. I noticed that sometimes the bus might not be available at peak hours but otherwise everything about this hotel was perfect👍

Spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with ongoing upgrades. The rooms are spacious, and the bathroom is very comfortable and neat. The bus shuttle runs throughout the night and is always on time — absolutely perfect. A big thank you to the four staff members working between 01/02/26 and 03/02/26 — three ladies and one gentleman — all extremely helpful and kind. Special mention to the gentleman making the coffee — excellent service. Overall, a truly pleasant stay!
