Nice and clean hotel, friendly staff. Very comfortable stay for Umrah at just a few minutes drive from Haram. Also offers free shuttle service to and from Haram, 24 hours. Stayed multiple times over the past three years.

Grear location in Azizia with hourly buses to Haram during Ramadan, very good restaurants close by. Good price! The Ramadan buffet was really bad they need to improve on this. It was good on 2022 but now the quality is not good. No fresh juices, no shawarna stall and they charge 70 per head. I love this hotel so please improve your Ramadan buffet

Good Hotel

I had a great stay, the staff were friendly and welcoming from the first day to the last, always helpful in assisting, shuttle service was frequent, my only negative was finding the shuttle going back from the haram - I did have an idea in mind of asking whether I could keep an Apple air tag on the shuttle bus to help me identify the location but I never got around to proposing that idea. Buffet food was good, wasn’t necessarily a fan of the price but it’s good for people travelling in groups/ families. Amenities in the room were solid, soap, shower gel, shampoo, towels… bed was good had good night sleep most nights (other than when I was battling the flu had the ac off). Overall standard you’d expect from a 4 star hotel

Don't Recommend

There were issues with the shower drain. They put us on the fourth floor, which was under renovation. When we asked if we could change the room, they said no. Also, the electric kettle wasn't working, so we went downstairs and asked twice for another one, but no one assisted us. I believe we deserve compensation for the two days we stayed.

Very poor in all aspects

Below average in every aspect. Appreciate it was ramadhan! We booked for 11 nights after night two our towels disappeared and requesting them every day from then on went avail. The reply was “after Magrib” that never happened then night before Eid said there will be there by 7am when Eid prayers were at 6.30! Reception staff especially the men were ignorant, constantly on the phone, not listening at all. For the price charged especially due to ramadhan it was totally unacceptable
