I stayed at this hotel for the second time, and it is a nice place to stay, whether alone or with family. The distance from the hotel to the mosque is about a 30-minute walk in a straight line, depending on you. It offers a comfortable night’s sleep with many facilities, including laundry service. The staff are very friendly. Highly recommended for a short trip or an overnight stopover.

I appreciated that the hotel has a large masjid with an imam, it was very convenient to pray there, especially when feeling tired. The shuttle service is a great plus. The buffet is good, though a bit on the pricey side. The rooms and bathrooms are quite small, and after showering or making wudu, the bathroom floor tends to get flooded.

The hotel room was very neat, and they have a good breakfast buffet. The only problem is with their shuttle service. It's too irregular, which makes it difficult for those who would want to do all their prayers at Masijd al haram to make it there on time.

Everything was good there at the hotel. Plus the price was reasonable for me. Probably, It was a discounted price. It would be very good if the distance was 0.6 kilometres so that I could come to Masjid & area quickly by walk. However, I would definitely come to this hotel again in the future if I get very good discount price (£15- £20 per night) :).

Its a good hotel with shuttle buses to and from the haram. Only convenient as it has a store inside for drinks and snacks etc as well a s a barber. The barbers are really nice people. However cannot say the same for some of the staff at the checkin, some of talk to you as if they cant be bothered which is frustrating. The lady at the information desk with face mask & check out desk were helpful while their colleagues were not!

The last property of the haram. Nice hotel Little too far about 40 minutes walk They have bus shuttle You can pay little bit more and stay within walking distance I checked in and when I find out the distance and shuttle situation I tried to cancel my stay and book somewhere else But the front Desk didn’t want to cancel my reservation One accident - the bus broke down And I had to take an uber And he dropped me off and highway Because it was just too many people and there is no access back to the hotel I had to walk all the way to the hotel back I’d rather pay xtra and stay closer Rooms are very clean - buffet and restaurant is great Food is superb Only complain is too far It’s probably the last one on the strip of Ibrahim Al Khalil blvd Honest feedback here
