I love this Hotel: free shuttle bus around the hour to the Haram, breakfast buffet was decent. rooms are spacious, bed is comfy, A/C worked perfectly. The hotel is located in a very nice area near a lot of shopping centers for gifts, groceries, convenient stores, pharmacies and eatery places, in addition the infamous Ar Romansiyah Restaurant right across from the hotel. this is my second stay at this location. and the only comments/suggestions for improvement i can make to hotel management is: their reservation system somehow doesn't synchronize with Hotels.com, so it took a little bit of time to get access to my reservation. the water was not hot in my shower after the first day, it was just lukewarm (which was what i needed to relief the muscle sore and aches after a long day of Tawaf and walking around), but a hot shower could've made things a little more enjoyable. But to be fair, I didn't even bring it up to the reception, i just chose to deal with what i had, I didn't have any time to waste waiting for repairs... my goal was Umrah and pray as much as I could at the Majid Al Haram, and go shopping in between.

The room had a pile of hair on the arm chair and the shower head by the toilet had bowel on it. I wiped this with a sanitizer. The room was not cleaned during my stay and I suspect it was not cleaned before I came. The hotel offers free transport to and from the masjid which is really kind, however, timing is not clear and I spent about an hour waiting to return to the hotel. The team could not understand me clearly when I spoke in English. They need staff who can communicate clearly in English or they should not offer the hotel to non arab speakers. The area surrounding the hotel was dirty and there was limited access to restaurants. I have pictures to share as evidence.

Nice room. Buses to Haram were available but it was difficult to take them after tarawih prayer although I took them during the rest of the day. No room service to clean the room was automatically available, may be I would have needed to request them but I didn't.
