Bed is outstanding. So comfy. Front desk staff super nice and so helpful. Breakfast better than any other hotel similar in style. Pool has not been open a single time but not an amenity I need anyway. Shower and bathroom are awesome.

Stayed here for parents weekend at Loyola University. About 20 min from campus. Staff very friendly and room was very spacious. Great lil gym with free weights which was a bonus. Hotel is fairly new, but some areas look like they were overlooked. Hardware on shower curtain not screwed in, paint on carpet in hallways, items like halfway finished etc. These items didnt effect my stay, I just found them odd. I would stay here again.

Needs more trash cans close to doors outside. When traveling everyone has cups and wrappers to dispose of. People were using stairwell. Breakfast staff was amazing!!! Front desk manager was amazing. I locked myself outta the next morning and she called me by my name and remembered my room number. Corporate needs to seriously take care of the staff. Thank you. Debbie Hobbs

I found 2 centipedes in our room and a cricket jumped on my foot in the dining area. Flooring was installed with poor craftsmanship. The pool was not open. On the positive side, the breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly.
