The rooms are neutral in decoration and comfortable in layout. Street-side rooms can sometimes have elevated noise levels, so a courtyard-side room may be preferable to individuals who are more sensitive to auditory stimulation, but overall they are very peaceful. The AC units and water pipes are somewhat audible, but once you identify the noises it's very easy to tune them out. My daughter has some rather specific and intense sensory needs, and we have found in our stays at this location that every room we have used (a total of four) has been comfortable, sensory-friendly, clean, and a very good home-base to ensure we can recharge between daily activities. There is a flight of stairs between where one enters and where all the rooms we have used are. We just park on the street, but we know better than to leave valuables visible. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for neutral and sensory-friendly accommodations.
