We enjoy staying at boutique hotels and the Gibbs did not disappoint. Room had a large wooden door and original wood flooring. Beds were comfy, shower and toilet area were separate from the sink area which is a plus. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. They have valet parking for a fee or you could use public parking lot.

Please don’t expect any help or flexibility from this Hotel. I notified them within 24 hours regarding my cancellation and they wouldn’t cooperate.
Unlike any other hotel chain, they would want you to pay in advance.
I visit the area a lot for business and I’ll never stay in that property.

There were roaches in both rooms we rented. Gross, woke up at 2am to roaches in the bed!!!!!
