They also retrieved a bottle of water my husband had left in the fridge. If I could give the staff a six rating I would!”

“BEWARE I gave this hotel a poor rating because of 2 major issues. A shame as otherwise the property presented well and are easily fixable. Firstly, the beds were so hard that I tossed and turned all night and woke up with sore hips on both sides as I’m a side sleeper. Maybe that will work for you if you prefer a rock hard bed and sleep on your back. Too bad as the room was nice, clean and the bedding good. But secondly and much more importantly, ROKU !!! “We were disappointed with the state of the room we stayed in, given all the positive reviews we read before booking. Unfortunately there was water leaking from the bottom of the toilet, the walls of the rooms were paper thin (meaning we could hear all the conversations happening in other rooms beside us). The bed was comfortable enough, but there were odd stains on the sheets. The amenities were okay; the basketball and ping pong courts were useable, but the pool looked dirty and not...
