We booked an Eagle Trace condo for a girls weekend. The condo was great, very clean and in good condition. There was laundry available at the entry door. The property is massive, to say the least. We did not get to use any of the amenities due to proximity and the other plans we had. There was a restaurant about 2 miles down (still within the complex) where we had dinner. The property is beautiful and tons of wildlife to be seen.

I had a wonderful stay at this resortl! The customer service was excellent, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and always quick to help whenever needed. The room and facilities were clean and well maintained, which made the entire stay comfortable and enjoyable. The atmosphere was peaceful, relaxing, and quiet—exactly what I needed for a great getaway. I also really enjoyed the fun activities offered during the stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would happily stay here again!

We panned a three day hike in Shenandoah and booked a condo with Kithchen at Massanutten. The rates were competitive and we were super close to the Park. We are not RCI members. We did not get to use the Recreation Facilities because we were hiking every day. The staff was helpful. It was a great trip.

The room was great very relaxing the nearby town had great food. But except thing we tried to do was closed. We were there Monday-Friday and everything beside the pools and water parks were closed and the pools were so crowded moving was hard. I won’t be spending another vacation there

The Scenery was unique. I liked pretty much everything except no discount and or free access to the waterpark that comes with the resort. Also no changing of sheets daily like the use of towels. However, i stayed at a condo not a hotel so the linen makes sense. Overall enjoyed my stay great experience!

This was the best hidden gem & we can’t wait to come back!!! There are 100’s of activities and the pool was enormous.. it was exactly what my daughter wanted, and we were very happy. It was too bad we didn’t stay long enough to fully enjoy everything! Highly highly highly recommend!!! 20/10 The only misadventure we had was having to get a new room key.. it’s about 7-ish minute drive to get your key fixed, so just remember to not demagnetize your keys!

We had stand in long lines to check in, and the check-in was very unorganized. After checking in we had to go to someone who issued parking pass .... she was also a very aggressive sales agent, trying to sell us special deals at the Resort. We expressed no interest in the 'special deal' after this she became very unfriendly and grumpy. The wifi in the room did not work. Finally, the restaurant, bar etc was 15 to 20 minuttes walking distance from the roome. The food was low quality. However, the staff was very friendly!

Resort was full of amenities that kept everyone in our party (ranging from age 10 to 70) entertained. However, DO NOT get roped into “resort tour and review” offered when you pick up parking pass. It is a 4-hour timeshare sale, which was a total waste on my last full day at the resort. Also, despite the high entrance fee, waterpark does not provide towels, even to rent, so make sure to take them or you’ll cough up $25/towel to buy. Food was meh at most restaurants, but staff was nice. Lastly, information about the resort shuttle and locations/maps of trails across the resort were difficult to find.
