Area is very family friendly. Lots and lots to do but a little pricey. Staff was friendly but didn’t tell us if we could use the indoor/outdoor pool with our stay or how much it was and I couldn’t find any info on site. The condo rooms are very spacious and the spa tub was nice. Just be aware you have to wash/dry your own towels and linens. And bag up and dispose of your own trash.

The property has great restaurants and a lot to do. Staying in the condos was an amazing experience. The spa was absolutely perfect for rest and relaxation. The only downside of our stay was the front desk staff. The check in part was great, but when you get your parking pass they offer to schedule a tour. They are VERY pushy about taking the tour of the facility for massanutten dollars. I said no about three times and the lady continued to pressure when I had a full weekend trip planned and had no time for a tour. Literally anyone else was extremely helpful and made our stay a great one.

Nothing was open. Condo was great! Condos could use updates! Bed frame and box spring was broken lights and tv didn’t work but it was very nice to have our own space away from everyone! Beautiful scenery. Also under 6 yrs old can’t do anything so that was frustrating.

The staff is very attentive and we enjoyed our stay greatly. The only down side was our first room wasn’t clean and had no hot water. HOWEVER, staff was great and quickly found us another room within a few minutes just two condos away. The recreation stuff was very fun!! Mini golf, escape room, ping pong, go carts and hiking. I would recommend staying there.

The condo layout was great, but bed & pillow uncomfortable, when I turned on jacuzzi jets in room the tub got really dirty and the people staying above us were very loud.
