You could tell the room needed some refreshing (caulking around sink, carpet deep cleaning, dirty window). Seemed to be penny pinched for every little thing which was disappointing. I needed help with how to access the parking garage from an employee and she walked past me until I said “no? Okay” and then she stopped but was rude.
