During my stay, I was in the Reception area when there was a sudden influx of flying "Rice Ants". They dropped their wings and after about half an hour there were only the shedded wings left. I was pleasantly surprised by the desk clerk who whipped out a vacuum cleaner and made a good job of cleaning up.

Nightmarish experience

I was shocked that such a reputable facility does not have back up for power load shedding which they are very much aware of. I did not see whether they have the breakfast which they had claimed to have in their online advert.

It’s in a good location,the stuff was so helpful. The room was clean and comfortable beds. The only issue was a an air conditioning was not working and the were ants in the bunk bed.

Offers good value for money. It is more like a “motel” than a “hotel”, so it is most suitable for people who travel and need a place to sleep. It is not the kind of hotel where one would stay longer than that, but for just staying firvthe night, it is good.

Good thing: the room was relatively clean. Bad thing: it was extremely noisy, all night long. It sounded like the room next to us was moving furniture all night. Not to mention the fact that at 2 am someone came and banged on our door. We did not open it as we were sure it was an attempted robbery. Seeing as how we seemed to be the only foreign people in the whole hotel, an only OUR door was banged upon, we are fairly certain the man at the front desk was in on it. We will never make that mistake again. Pay the extra money and go somewhere safe.

O quarto que solicitei no site nao foi o que me atribuiram, alegando que esse tipo de quarto nao existe neste hotel. O arcondicionado nao funciava bem e desligava automaticamente em 15 min e 15 min. O quarto e muito apertado para 2 adultos e uma crianca e por isso nao recomendo que nenhum casal escolha este hotel quando estiverem numa vigem de familia.

Bad hotel. Aircon was not working in the room. I wait more than 2 hours for the key of my room because the system was frozen. People (other guests) making noisy during the night. Poor breakfast No security guards
