We did enjoy our two-night stay at the Las Vegas hotel. The staff was super nice and the grounds wonderful. Only disappointment, which had nothing to do with the hotel itself, was the distance to Lake Nburo N.P., which was a lot further than we had anticipated.

This was our first stay in the hotel and we were very impressed. The hotel room, welcome from reception and staff and customer service when dining for both breakfast and dinner were excellent. Special shout out to Stephen and Nixon who looked after us when dining in the restaurant. Although this was a base for travelling, we made use of the spa facilities which were also excellent. We will definitely be back again.

A/C didnt work and room was hot at night with lots of mosquitoes. No water pressure in shower - literally a trickle. At breakfast my omelette had eggshell in. They took 30mins to arrange my bill and check out even though I prepaid for the room and only stayed 1 night. They took another 30mins to iron 1 shirt and charged me 3000 ugx for it.

Stayed one night. Not a bad place to stay as the rooms are clean and functional. The design however is something else. Rooms with windows facing corridors not to mention toilets that can only be used sitting sideways and showers that not well thought through. Use of a professional architect would have gone a long way to making this work. Nevertheless the staff are friendly and the food is excellent with generous portions.
