We had a great stay at RIU Mazatlán! The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the ocean views make the experience even better. The sunsets are absolutely stunning, and it’s the perfect place to unwind, enjoy the beach, and spend quality time with family. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and there was always something to enjoy, whether it was relaxing by the pool, enjoying the food, or taking in the beautiful surroundings. Overall, it was a lovely experience and a great way to enjoy Mazatlán. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway in Mexico! 🌴🌅

Spectacular Views. Beautiful, friendly staff, everyone is so attentive to your needs, to answer every question. Beach was fun, I was able to go on a parachute had a blast. My room was always fresh. Pools many options but. It my favorite to be out in 90+ weather and a warm pool. Beyond all this I 100% recommend a stay here

Beautiful place but need better elevators Spent so much time waiting for elevators Horrible time trying to get reservations at the restaurants. In 5 days we got one reservation even trying on the app 48hrs prior Otherwise beach is beautiful 2 adult pools which is great
