We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa. The house itself was nice. Tile floors. Fill Kitchen. Each room had its own air conditioning unit. Master bed and bathroom were spacious. Each bedroom has its own on suite bathroom. We paid for all inclusive meals and beverages. I would not do that again as the 4 restaurants on property were average at best. Mazatlan offers amazing seafood. We would stay again, just choose to eat elsewhere.

Outside & inside and the service did not match. Outside is total OMG, one of the best I have ever stayed anywhere in the world. Inside is outdated and BWS linens were no more than 3 Stars. Furnitures need to be replaced & the floors need to be refurbished. Services need to be much improved and the training of the staff is much needed. There are only two restaurants to serve close to 500 guest rooms and the menus are the same everyday. But, we are so enchanted by the grounds surround the hotel and the many varieties of palm trees and other plans are so beautiful and bountiful. The waterfalls and koi bonds and flamingo and exotic birds added on top of the lushes landscapes. The sunset took our breath away also. Last comment is that put your valuables in the safe.

Booking: I went through Expedia to book my package and vacation, which was 6 days at the Emerald Estates Luxury Villas, part of the Pueblo Bonito Resorts properties, all-inclusive package. The booking was easy, straightforward, and left little to vague interpretation or fine print nonsense. The package was stated as an all inclusive package with access to the other resort property that was more activities-based and featured more restaurants to choose from. These restaurants claim to be part of the all-inclusive package but beware of some items on the menu that will be out of pocket. Those are not itemized or disclosed in their entirety in its listing, booking, or disclosures, that I saw. The airlines were included in the package, which was outstanding. However, please note that you will need to choose from the package flights available. Ours were two connections to Mazatlan, and three coming back, it was rough. Alternative flights would have cost us 500 dollars more per person. The property: Wow!! that's all I have to say. Exactly as advertised. We saw a three bedroom four bath, private pool and hottub, on the property, and part of the all-inclusive package. All in 5,400 dollars for the week (property, flights, all-inclusive), even with the final charges (as I'll detail later) we didn't bust our budget of 6,000 dollars US. There is a 4 dollar room service charge every time they go out. We mostly got room service and averaged about three times a day resulting in about 60 doll

10 family members decided to stay at pueblo bonito these summer vacations two different rooms we decided because we had been here before and had a good experience. But this Time around no only were they understaffed making it extremely difficult going about the Hotel On the rides. But the menu options changed and were cheaper and not well prepared food. We were ok with all Of that knowing the current situation in mazatlan its understandable. But 24hours after coming home from our stay we developed an illness so bad i dont think my worst enemy deserves 4 out of 10 people in my group including me Came home with a food born illness. A bacteria a strong one for food contamination. We were sick for 4 days all of us loosing 5-10 Lbs for execcive diahrrea vomiting and fevers

Emerald Estates nice stay with caveat

Big resort with beautiful pools to choose from and nice grounds. Villas were very spacious and super clean. Tennis courts in good conditions and with a pro on site. Restaurants were crowded. Watch out for the water and food with fresh water. We both went home with Montezuma's Revenge.

The greens & the ground of the property was superb. Beautiful and lushes. The room is Ok but very old with chilled tiles and the furnitures are very outdated. Staff are OK but not 5 Star quality. Some are great and others didn’t quite understood the high class hospitality service. Very strict in their rules and not quite understood the customer’s needs. However, Jesus, the driver was fantastic!

Estuvimos hospedados en una villa la cual es hermosa, la camarera que se llama Marisela es super amable, de ahí en más todo el personal es super grosero, cabe aclarar que no es la primera vez que vamos y nunca se habían portado así, de hecho hasta nos percatamos de ya casi nadie les deja propina a los meseros por su mala actitud, la calidad en los alimentos antes era buena hoy es de muy baja calidad incluso en Angelo's su restaurante estrella en el hotel hermano de zona dorada al cual también se tiene acceso, creo que el cambio tan drástico se debe a que antes este hotel no recibía camiones de turismo y ahora llegan todos los días camiones repletos de gente, entoces siento que ahora pasó a ser un hotel todo incluido más en sabor y en calidad ya no hay algo que los distinga de los demás, el personal de los carritos que mueven dentro del hotel son tan groseros que te llegas a sentir regañado por lo molestos que te hablan y los comentarios que hacen, otro punto que veo un tanto ilógico de parte del hotel es que prohíben contratar banda ya que Mazatlán es la capital de esta y es algo que caracteriza no solo a Sinaloa sino a México pero creo que al dueño de este hotel el Sr. Coppel le preocupa más quedar bien con los extranjeros que con su propia gente que es la que realmente lo hace fuerte ya que como mencioné antes llegan camiones todos los días llenos de mexicanos, en fin creo que por todo lo antes mencionado fue nuestra última vez en ese hotel.
