The hotel looks tired and need some work. We only had less than look warm water in the shower. We did mention this but nothing was done. Only one of the elevators were working during the time we were there except for one day.The staff was fantastic. The breakfast was not that good. The view was awesome

This is the first and last time I use EXPEDIA to find a good hotel because your recommendation of this hotel was the worst thing I have ever experienced. The hotel conditions were bad, broken glass, the beds were in terrible condition, the bathrooms smelled like urine. EXPEDIA should know which hotels are good so it can recommend them, not just list hotels to make money

El mobiliario de la habitación es demasiado viejo, se ven los muebles descarapelados y la camas rechinan de viejas. Tienen el estacionamiento en “remodelación” por lo que tendrás que dejar tu auto prácticamente en la calle lo cual no genera seguridad. Solo servía 1 elevador para los 16 niveles que tiene el hotel. Lo rescatable es su vista al mar y el desayuno. No volvería a hospedarme
