Todo el personal del hotel excelente, los protocolos de limpieza y sanitización muy buenos, las habitaciones agradables y espaciosas, quizás un poco antiguo el mobiliario, pero las camas son cómodas. Todo se me hizo bien respecto al hotel. pero el punto negativo es que yo no sabía que era parte de Mayan resort o grupo Vidanta, y casi te fórzan a una platica para venderte su tiempo compartido.

Hotel muy bien ubicado y con bellos jardines , pero instalaciones muy viejas , televisiones viejisimas que no les funcionaba bien el cable,muy malos colchones y baños pequeñísimos .. El elevador fallando a cada rato.. en general le doy un 4 de 10 solo por el área de la alberca y la playa es algo de lo poco rescatable ..

La habitación sucia, vieja y olía a humedad. El aire acondicionado no enfriaba bien. El aire acondicionado en cafetería no sirve, el wifi no sirve. Lo único bueno es la alberca. El precio que pagué fue muy alto en relación con el servicio que tuve.

Al llegar al check in tarde casi una hora en fila, y eso que solo habia una persona antes, estaba un recepcionista solo y tardo mucho, aparte no me dieron la llave porque el cuarto no estaba listo, entonces tuve que regresar dos horas mas tarde y volver a formarme por la llave,y bueno, el cuarto estaba bien pero las televisiones son como de los 90`s, y habia mucho polvo, lo deje pasar porque mi plan era mas estar en la alberca, al hacer el check out me hicieron esperar otras dos horas porque tenian que revisar el cuarto y esperaba un botones para el equipaje, jamas llego nadie. La alberca esta bien, y el hotel esta agradable, dormi agusto y al final creo que solo esto es detalle de falta de personal en administracion-

la ubicacion esta bien, un poco de falta de.mantenimiento la habitación, el personal muy amable, pero nunca accedan a la.platica que te proporciona vidanta te ofrecen miles de beneficios por tomarla aparte de 500 pesos que te regresaran al final y ninguna promocion es tan buena para perder casi 2 horas de tus vacaciones, la tome y ninguna promocion me aplicaron y mis 500 pesos no me los regresaron xq sali de madrugada y ellos no estan (equipo de ventas vidanta) es un fraude y perdida de tiempo eso x todo lo.demas estuvo regular x el precio esta bien

Experiencia inolvidable !!!

No fue una estancia placentera, en primera instancia nos asignaron una habitación vieja y sin asear! Baño sucio, ventilador sucio, rejillas de aire con bastante polvo, recámara socia, el colchón estaba fatal, además, el elevador para morir, se tardaba una eternidad, la playa sucia y con piedras!!’ Para cerrar la habitación , me cambiaron el voucher de la tarjeta de crédito!! Además No lo encontraban para devolverlo. Una experiencia muy incomoda, en la reservación nunca indicaron que había que tomar una plática de 3 horas para promocionar la venta de los tiempos compartidos !!! Un hostigamiento para que se les comprara !!

Hotel rooms are super old and have fungus

I would not stay there again. The rooms are super old and the room has a humidity problem. Even fungus is visible in the room. This hotel has serious issues since I noticed other people complaining during check-in and checkout.

Somewhat nice, but not worth the hassle.

Our stay was not great, as the hotel was under construction and every time we asked for help they couldn't help us. Most of the employees were not happy to work there, but a few helped make our time salvageable. I would not recommend going to this hotel because it is obvious they are trying to take every dollar that you have.
