Clean and very convenient hotel, right on the Playa Norte malecón. Wonderful, helpful staff. Note that there is a lot of traffic and banda noise; you get used to it after a few days. This is typical of Mexican holiday destinations - bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Great place, but the rooms are definitely not soundproof!

La habitación impecable , el personal atento y amable. La vista hacia el mar insuperable con un túnel que te lleva directo del hotel a la playa!!! Lo único pero no tan gravoso es el estado de las toallas de baño, solamente. Volvería a hospedarme ahí sin dudarlo.

La habitación esta muy bien con la vista al mar, el personal es muy atento. Respecto a los blancos ya las toallas están muy roidas, no son para ese nivel de hotel. Preparase para el ruido por estar a la orilla del malecón y en una zona muy concurrido
