Clean and very convenient hotel, right on the Playa Norte malecón. Wonderful, helpful staff. Note that there is a lot of traffic and banda noise; you get used to it after a few days. This is typical of Mexican holiday destinations - bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Great place, but the rooms are definitely not soundproof!

La habitación la entregaron hasta las 3pm a pesar de que ya la tuvieran lista, en la playa se rentan las sombrillas y los camastros sin importar que sean del hotel y que uno se está hospedando ahí.

Venia de un hotel en zona dorada y la vedad el hotel hacienda no le pide nada a esos hoteles aunque solo fue una noche estuvimos muy agusto.
