Our stay was good, staff was friendly. I do wish they had better breakfast options, one of their elevators was out of service so it took forever. The majority of the time we took the stairs.

What a deal! Ocean facing room, pool, breakfast, on site, washer and dryer and most of all very attentive hotel personnel. My only complaint was that one elevator was functional and so we had to use the stairs multiple times to move around the hotel faster besides that we are very happy to have chosen this location as a place to stay as it made our trip feel like we splurged on our stay while keeping the prices reasonable considering all the amenities. We will definitely be back.

Malecón was across the street. All walkable distances. Rooms were very clean, one problem is no handicap rails in the showers and wet tiles very slippery, the only only issue.

I had a wonderful experience at this location. Everything was in order and the staff went beyond the norm to help me navigate through Mazatlan and its many activities. The rooms were immaculate and well maintained. The breakfasts included were delicious and there was a good verity of options.

The Hotel is great in Cleanliness, Staff Pool is a great size Clean but cold not temperatured if cold. Buffet is 5 Five thumbs down seen , ate better at a low quality inn breakfast included they can do better because they work of the restaurant that’s for the Night Dinners And Dinners were exceptional. It’s as they don’t want to invest on the Free Breakfast. Beautiful Views a 10 on views and Service staff

We had a really nice stay here, especially for a 3 star hotel. The location was perfect with a beautiful ocean view, and the food was great (free breakfast and optional paid dinner). The rooms were decently clean, not perfect, but more than fine by our standards for a 3 star hotel. Housekeeping came daily, the pool was nice, and we appreciated having warm shower water. There was a checkout issue where staff said two hand towels were missing and attempted to charge us, even though we didn’t remove anything from the room. It was resolved, but a bit uncomfortable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it.
