Small little hotel not too far to walk to the Malecon. Nice clean room with comfortable beds and good AC, big warm shower and a TV with lots of channels. We stayed on Easter Eve and there was a huge party on the Malecon for miles! The streets were filled with cars blasting music. These cars came by the room all night but we still got a great night's sleep. There wasn't a rooftop area as described and some kind of construction on the top floor was happening. We didn't eat downstairs but it looked nice. We had beers in the bar, super cheap served by a friendly waiter. There was some garbage smell outside in that area but the streets were clean and people were even sweeping in the morning. Overall it was a nice place for the price.

The hotel is relatively modern, the premises and the rooms are spotlessly clean. The maid service is terrific. The beds are very comfortable. It has an excellent shower. It has CNN international TV service, also many English speaking channels including movie channels. It is centrally located , close to Muchado Square where there are many fine restaurents ( try Toledo's for seafood). It is also close to the Cathedral, the post office and the Mazatlan market. Also about four blocks to the Malecon. We stayed Jan 6 to Jan 13, 2026.

The property is centrally located and within walking distance of restaurants, cute coffee shops, shopping boutiques, Mercado, catedral and much more. The hotel was very clean, didn’t had an issue at all, the staff was nice and welcoming. I will definitely be back and will stay here.
