The people working in this hotel are awesome! The amenities are great! The food is delicious! I have been several times/ years to this property and love it!!! the location right by the beach and the front of the hotel a few steps from the malecon, make it one of the best! Now, I'm really picky and notice detail, and to me, management is not spending enough money on the building/ rooms maintenance (like I said, I'm picky, people may not even notice) and seem to me that need a bit more detail maintenance on refreshing bathrooms and painting, now I have see what those type of weather do to homes and building in a year with deterioration and salinity, but better detail maintenance makes it more appealing to people. It is worth the money to me every time tho! Love it!

Everything was great the location was perfect where you’re able to walk around and enjoy local dining n shopping . Only thing if you have an early flight in don’t expect to get in to your room without paying extra check in isn’t until 3pm it was very hot n humid we were very tired from our flight called at 10:30 was told it would be xtra payment to get in then we showed up at 1:30 but still we were unable to get in until 3 pm when our friends were at another hotel they got in at noon no time extra charge. That’s the only thing we didn’t like.

Disappointing Stay – Major Amenities Out of Service and Poor Premises Maintenance. I am writing to share my feedback regarding my recent stay. While my room was beautifully updated, clean, and comfortable, the state of the outdoor premises was completely unacceptable for a resort experience. During my stay, the outdoor areas were poorly maintained, dirty, and worn out. I observed broken and dirty side tables, lounge chairs, and walkways. Furthermore, the amenities I looked forward to using were entirely unavailable or unusable: The Main Pool: On my arrival night, ocean water flooded the main pool, leaving sand and debris behind. It remained dirty and closed for the duration of my stay with zero maintenance or cleanup attempted. The Jacuzzi: This was broken, dirty, and out of service for the entirety of my trip. The "Cement Chair" Pool: This pool was completely empty of water, leaving nothing but hot cement to lay on. The Kiddie Pool: Because all other water features were closed or broken, every guest was forced into the kiddie pool. It quickly became filthy, overcrowded, and lacked proper maintenance, leaving guests with no clean place to cool down. While the check-in process was smooth and the restaurant food was good, the lack of basic property upkeep and the complete loss of the main pool and jacuzzi severely impacted my vacation. I expected a much higher standard of property management and guest accommodation.

The gym is the worst Ive been in. No signage to even find it. Water cooler bottle never changed in a week. No towels one day and floors not swept. Limited weights to have any kind of work out. Only buffet breakfast available can’t order of the menu. If you like quiet during the day as it was like a ghost town. No one to be found pool side during the day but very noisy at night from vehicles loud music every night until 4 in the morning. Staff were friendly and the rooms were kept clean. I probably wouldn’t go back to this resort again. Not terrible but not great.

Located in the Golden Zone, the hotel is a 5-minute walk from the Malecón, plus lots of stores and restaurants, which made shopping, day trips, and taxi/Uber rides a breeze. Overall, we had a wonderful time and can't wait to return to Mazatlán. Staff were incredibly friendly (about half spoke some English), and the restaurant, Condimento, offered a massive, delicious breakfast buffet that includes excellent Mexican and American food, plenty of fresh fruit, plus hot and savory dishes. Sandra and Adan took great care of us and made us feel welcome everyday. Angel, who runs the pool side bar, did a lovely job anticipating our needs and ensuring that we were comfortable lounging in the cabanas. We spent our weeklong stay in a spacious Junior Suite that had a spectacular view of the ocean, perfect for watching pelicans dive and hunt. Small note: our wing of the hotel was immediately next door to several restaurants and La Rosalía, which is a nightclub, so we were a little worried about noise during our first night (Saturday) given all the mariachi bands performing on the beach and parties we could hear all night, but thereafter it was rather quiet for the rest of the week, with events wrapping up around 10-11pm. Plenty of fantastic mariachi musicians during the day, but nothing that interfered with sleep or resting up for day excursions. (From the hotel courtyard, you can hardly hear anything except the ocean quite frankly.) Honestly, a week isn't long enough for this gem.
